This automatic sachet sorting and feeding machine efficiently handles irregularly piled materials through a sophisticated system of photoelectric sensing, servo drives, and motion controllers.
- Materials are poured into the storage silo and transported via photoelectric sensing to the lifting and lateral separation units
- The material handling roller system (11 sets of power units) performs sorting, rejection, and distance pulling operations
- Excess materials are recycled back to storage while sorted materials are sent to bagging machines in orderly sequence
- Optional visual inspection and turning machine available for material direction unification
- Compatible with cartoning machines, packaging machines, bagging machines, can filling machines, and counting/finishing machines
